DELIVERY COST

We deliver our wines free of charge anywhere in Australia for orders of six (6) bottles or more. Orders of less than six (6) bottles incur a $25.00 shipping fee.

DISPATCH TIMINGS

We endeavor to dispatch wines within 3 days of your order and payment acceptance. We'll use all reasonable efforts to deliver by any requested or agreed date, but it doesn't guarantee delivery on that date, and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

PO BOX AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sorry, we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or addresses outside of Australia. We're also unable to accept liability for incorrect or unclaimed deliveries in the instance that the recipient has provided incorrect or out of date delivery details.

PROOF OF AGE

We're all about enjoying our wines responsibly. As such, our wines will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Deejay Wines and our delivery partners may also request that the person who receives the goods provide evidence of proof of age and Deejay Wines will presume that anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is authorised to do so.

Returns

WHEN WILL WE ISSUE A REFUND?

In the unhappy and unlikely event that you receive a case of wine that appears to have been damaged in transit, we will provide you a replacement, or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. Should you receive a product that is different to what you ordered then we'll provide you a replacement (if product is available), or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund.

IF YOU AREN’T SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVED YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND, UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • The un-opened wine bottles are returned within 7 days of opening any of the product.

  • Upon internal testing of the product by our trusty Deejay Wines crew it is deemed faulty or defective.

  • We will refund your money when we receive the goods, and we are satisfied that they are in original condition

YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • Your Name and Contact Details

  • The Invoice Number & Invoice Date

  • Description of Product to be Returned

  • The Reason for Return
